Q: Do you ship outside of the United States

A: At this time, we are only shipping orders within the United States.

Q: One of the items I ordered says it will be available at a later date. Can I still order it now?

A: Yes, you can place your order now, however, your entire order will not be shipped out until all of the items in your order are ready to be shipped. If you would like to receive some of the items sooner, you will have to place multiple orders. 

Q: What if I need a refund?

A: We do not refund purchased items but we are committed to making sure all of our customers are happy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You can send us a message here. 

If your order over charges you shipping you will receive a refund as long as you pay via Paypal.
